Manchester United are reportedly monitoring Lazio’s highly-rated midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to the Daily Mirror, United sent a member of their scouting team to watch Lazio thrash Steaua Bucharest 5-1 in the Europa League on Thursday in hope of seeing Milinkovic-Savic in action.
But the Serbian international, whose agent is former Chelsea striker Mateja Kezman, was stuck on the bench for the whole match.
The 22-year-old has however had an impressive season so far, netting nine goals in 32 appearances for Lazio.
His performances has seen him become one of the most sought-after players in Europe, attracting interest from United, Juventus, Chelsea, Barcelona, Monaco and City.

As well as the Lazio man, Nice’s Jean Michael Seri, who has a release clause in the region of £33million, and Napoli’s Jorginho are also on his shortlist.
